At Modern Office Shop, we are dedicated to delivering your premium office and home furniture with care and efficiency. We ship globally, excluding some parts of Asia and remote locations.
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch. A flat shipping fee of $12.95 applies.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, allowing you to monitor its journey to your doorstep.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be in its original, unused condition with all tags attached.
- It must include all original packaging, which must be undamaged.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Important Note on Hygiene & Safety: For the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on Office Chairs and Recliners that have been removed from their original packaging and assembled, unless they arrive defective or damaged. This policy ensures we maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
Step-by-Step Return Process
- Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Wait for Authorization: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions.
- Package Your Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, including all parts, manuals, and documentation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the warehouse address provided in your authorization email. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and process your refund or exchange.
Refund Information
- Upon approval of your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Exchange Process
To exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:
- Follow the standard return process outlined above.
- Clearly state in your email that you wish to make an exchange and specify the exact replacement product you desire.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will ship the replacement item.
- Any price difference will be charged to or refunded to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include clear photographs of the damage/defect and the packaging.
- We will promptly arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you. In some cases, we may arrange for a pickup of the damaged item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Assembled Office Chairs (due to hygiene reasons)
- Assembled Recliners (due to hygiene reasons)
- Custom or made-to-order furniture pieces
- Clearance or final sale items (marked as such)
